The shortage of affordable housing is significant in Montreal. With the Ilot Rosement project, the Office municipal d’habitation de Montreal (OMHM) will be able to provide housing for people with low or modest incomes. Located in the heart of the island of Montreal, on a metro station, this project is more than welcome. Eclair Group team is not in its first mandate in the construction of apartment buildings, our expertise in fire protection will be put to use.
